Polka Dot Playsuit

I got my wish, the sun made a brief appearance yesterday so I opted for a summery playsuit. Good job I made the most of it, because it poured with rain again today. I'm actually quite glad, I love being cosy inside my house when it's raining outside, as long as I know I don't have anywhere I need to be!

Playsuit: Primark, T-shirt: H&M, Cameo Necklace: Accessorize, Watch: Vintage, Brogues: Office

I've never really felt comfortable in this playsuit, I think it's the shape, I tried rolling the sleeves up which seemed to help. My brogues are seriously battered now, I did prefer them that way, there's something a bit odd about a pair of pristine brogues, but I think it's time for a new pair. I tried out the high bun again today, my mum said it looked lovely, which completely put me off because I know she meant it looked lovely like a school teacher, not lovely lovely.

  14. You look so gorgeous in that outfit! And the graduation dress looks like it was made for you. Such a lovely shape! I am so in lust with the wedges you posted at the bottom. They're always taunting me when I see them at work but I never really go anywhere to justify expensive/huge shoes so I have to ignore my urges!
Thanks for your super comment on my blog :) It made me smile x
Ps - I'm now following your blog, it's fab!

  21. KEEP! The graduation dress, I mean. It's perfect. And I love the idea of it with big clunky wedges, but I will say that, having spent my whole graduation ceremony worrying about falling on my arse in front of everyone, make sure you'll be alright in them!

  22. You have such a lovely blog here! And congrats on the graduation!! I just bought my outfit today (a blouse and trousers, with leopard print wedges) but that dress is perfect for grad!

Also the more battered the brogue, the better in my opinion! :)

  41. I love your outfit. I find rompers uncomfortable a lot of the time but I like how they look so much that I wear them regardless. Polka dots are my fave at the moment. I think I prefer the UO dress you posted before, seems less officey. Although with those wedges, it might look totally different. Wish I could afford a whole wardrobe of topshop shoes!!

  42. thanks for commenting on my blog, loooove the playsuit!! following you :) x

  43. Yep the playsit is really cute, you should wear it more (when it's not raining of course!) Thanks for your comment on my blog. Etsy is kind of expensive, it's so confusing having to calculate everything in US dollars and then back again, maybe i should just stick to ebay! xx
